Charlotte Smith is the Community Advantage Loan Associate. Charlotte joined the MCDC staff in the Fall of 2019. Charlotte is responsible for documentation and portfolio management for MCDC’s Community Advantage Loan Program.
Prior to her position with the MCDC, Charlotte worked as the Senior Teller/Assistant Manager in Training at Huntington National Bank.
