Kim Gosnell is the Lead Portfolio Analyst for the MCDC. She joined the MCDC staff in March 2013. Kim’s responsibilities include monitoring the current loan portfolio, and performing routine as well as more complex servicing actions. Prior to her position with the MCDC, Kim worked in banking at Fifth Third Bank for five years and prior to that in the mortgage industry for over 10 years in various capacities.
