Todd is responsible for marketing the SBA 504 Loan Program throughout the Upper Peninsula in Michigan and works with lenders, small business owners and other referral sources to secure SBA 504 financing. Todd works with the MCDC underwriters to review the eligibility an obtain SBA approval.
Todd joined MCDC with a solid career in the banking industry and extensive experience in commercial loan management and SBA lending programs. Prior to joining MCDC, Todd was a commercial loan officer at River Valley Bank. He previously worked at Northern Initiatives where he serviced the entire Upper Peninsula.
Todd has a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management degree from Northern Michigan University.
