Our employees are what truly make MCDC a unique place to work. We have some wonderful people with diverse backgrounds and different personalities who have a real dedication for what they do. So that you can get to know us, today we’re kicking off a Spotlight Interview Series where we ask our employees about their role at MCDC, what makes them want to come to work each day, and how they spend their free time. First up we are introducing, Ana “Zoe” Luther who is one of the SBA 7(a) Associates for the Lender Service Provider Department. Zoe assists Lenders with the preparation, packaging and servicing of SBA 7(a) loans. To make sure everything is in accordance with SBA requirements, she reviews and analyzes all the packages for the department before sending to the lenders so they can correspond with the customers. With Zoe’s perfectionist personality, not a package goes out without her personal-inspection stamp on it.
