MCDC headquarters originated in 1982 in the Lansing area and the desires to expand into a broader reach around the state became a reality in 2006 as we opened our first satellite office in northern Michigan. Shortly thereafter, in 2007 the eastern and western offices were opened and when 2008 rolled around, MCDC opened an office in busy Ann Arbor.

Now in 2018, MCDC is showing its presence in the Upper Peninsula region with a new office located on 132 W. Washington St in beautiful downtown Marquette. In addition, we have added a location in Detroit representing Wayne and Oakland Counties in the Beaubien House at 553 East Jefferson Ave.
